Introduction to Break the Cycle:
Break the Cycle is a service for Children and Young People (CYP) aged between 13-19 years old and has been running since 2017. The aim of the project is to promote and educate CYP on healthy relationships for both young men and women, members of the LGBTQIA+ community and people from ethnic minorities.
Break the Cycle provides a Safe Lives accredited CYP Domestic Violence Advisor (CYPDVA) service for those experiencing abusive relationships. Our service also offers 1:1 support for CYP who are in recovery from abusive relationships.
