We provide free counselling for adults who are no longer in abusive relationships but are struggling with emotions to overcome past trauma.

Counselling assists survivors to overcome depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues, improving their quality of life and increasing their confidence and self-esteem.

We also run group trauma-informed recovery programmes. These aim to improve confidence and self-esteem, as well as to help clients understand the dynamics of domestic abuse and the impact of experiencing abuse has had on them.
